…you don’t suc­ceed, then try and try again. You may have noticed that I’ve redesigned my site again, there was noth­ing par­tic­u­larly wrong with the last ver­sion, but it lacked a cer­tain per­son­al­ity and wasn’t as rep­re­sen­ta­tive of myself and my tastes as it could have been. I spent sev­eral late evenings tweak­ing, chang­ing and tin­ker­ing with the last ver­sion, but it soon became clear to me that I’d be bet­ter off start­ing again from scratch. So I did.

One big dif­fer­ence that I’m most excited about (and have just fin­ished inte­grat­ing) is the abil­ity to have art-directed posts (like this one) on my blog if I feel like it. I’ve been mean­ing to do this for ages, but since my PHP skills are, shall we say “lim­ited” I’ve been lazy and put it off, but I’ve pulled my fin­ger out and made the effort.
